Did we have foreshadowing in season 15 for the events of the series finale? That Dean would die and Sam would live a normal life was hinted at in earlier seasons, but what about later on?

I haven't seen ep 12.02 in awhile, and I have a question about Toni.

When Mick shows up, he says that Toni will face consequences in London. In the car, Toni says that she won't get on that plane... Mick says that she will. My question is... was she in restraints, or not?
